BigGuide.net was acquired from a Middle Eastern gentleman in May of 2007. BigGuide.net was a Web directory offering Webmasters free listings for their Websites when we took it over. It was quickly changed to a premium or paid directory as the 200+ submission every day were unmanagable.

Since BigGuide was converted to a premium paid directory traffic slowed, but not as much as expected. Traffic continues to increase and it is currently the busiest site we own with over 15,000 visits each month. Revenues aren’t much, but they too are increasing from both listing review fees (a very low $10 per listing) and Google Adwords.

The site requires little maintenance and drives good traffic to it’s sister sites and provides some SEO value to them as well.
